He accompanies the independent International Commission of Inquiry team in its fact finding mission to the country. The International Commission is led by Vitit Muntabhorn, Suliman Baldo and Reine Alapini Gansouis, and it was set up by the UN Human Rights Council to investigate the alleged abuses and rights violations committed in Côte d’Ivoire following the 28 November 2010 presidential elections.
