Headline Development of Resources: Hydro-Electricity in Ghana
Caption Description The lifeline of many poor countries is the export of raw materials. If that line is to hold firm, these countries must have stable and equitable prices for the commodities they sell to the industrial world. The resources of land and sea, however, must not be exploited for nationalistic ends, but for the benefit of all mankind.
