Commission, set up by United Nations Security Council, was directed to investigate alleged violations of Greek frontiers md to hear cases of the four governments concerned - Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Yugoslavia, as well as political prisoners, private individuals and representatives of political parties. The Balkans Commission of Investigation Concerning Greek Frontier Incidents was created by United Nations Security Council Resolution 15 (1946) to ascertain the facts relating to alleged border violations of the Greek frontier, and to hear cases of the four governments concerned: Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Yugoslavia, as well as political prisoners, private individuals and representatives of political parties.
