Caption Description A commemoration concert was given on December 10, 1950, at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York for the second anniversary of the Adoption by the United Nations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  On this picture, taken during the reception given after the concert, are (from left to right): Mr. John Brownlee, the noted Australian baritone; Ambassador Nasrollah Entezam, President of the fifth session of the General Assembly; Mr. Fritz Busch, who conducted the Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra of New York; Miss Marian Anderson, the distinguished American contralto; Mr. Trygve Lie, U.N.
