Caption Description Work begins every day at 7 AM for the street-cleaners of ""Cash for Work"", the initiative launched in Haiti by the United Nations Development Programme. During an initial six-hour shift 1500 workers clean the streets of Port-au-Prince with 1500 others taking over for the second shift. Six thousand Haitians are still on a waiting list to become street cleaners through the programme.
