Recently assigned to work with the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), the contingent consists of 240 engineers, 40 Marines and 30 medical staff, who as a whole will play a role in disaster control assessment and reconstruction efforts in one of the areas worst affected by the 12 January earthquake.
