Headline Forestry Development in Mexico 
Caption Description A view of the paper-making division of the government-build mill at Textepec.  Timber for the mill must be brought from the Sierra de Juárez forest, at an altitude of some 10,000 ft above sea level, over winding roads were landslides and impenetrable fog are the drivers' worst enemies.  Experts from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) cooperated in the design and construction of the mill.
