The Fourth Committee (Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories) heard six statements this morning as it continued its debate on the question of Oman. It also heard a petition on the question of Territories under Portuguese administration, presented by Andre Kassinda, Chairman of the Council of the Angolan People. He was questioned by the representatives of Cameroon and Iceland. Statements on Oman were made by the representatives of Libya, Hungary, Nepal, Soviet union, United States and Byelorussia. The United Kingdom spoke under the right of reply.
