Caption Description
Almost everyday, the members of the United Nations Commission for the Unification and Rehabilitation of Korea (UNKRA) have the opportunity to extend their knowledge of Korea. Here, they meet some Korean boys, carrying on their backs "A" frames typical of Korea. Those frames are used to transport heavy loads; the forked sticks are used to keep the frame upright when, to rest, the load is eased to the ground: fan-shaped baskets on the frames serve to contain earth and such material.
