Caption Description A young student in the Eum Pyung village school which was completely destroyed during the war. There were formerly 23 teachers and 1300 students in this school. Twelve teachers are left and students are trickling back as their families return from hiding in the surrounding hills. About sixty per cent of all teachers in South Korea are missing.
