The Kingdom of Yemen has signed its first technical assistance agreement with the United Nations. At this ceremony, which took place at U.N. Headquarters, Yemen and the U.N. became parties to a basic agreement, defining the general terms of U.N. technical aid, and to a supplementary agreement in the form of letters which provide for specialists in banking, geology and hydrology.
