Headline Video-Tape Recorder for United Nations Television 
Caption Description Presented on an indefinite loan basis to the United Nations by Mr. Robert Benjamin, President, United Nations Association of the U.S.A., the first black and white video-tape recorder was installed by United Nations Television at United Nations Headquarters in New York. The machine was a gift of Mr. Ben West, General Manager of Station KOCO-TV, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a member of the Executive Committee of the United States Broadcasters Committee for the United Nations.
