This picture was taken at his burial in the Turkish Section of the UN Military Cemetery in Pusan. At the extreme right is Maj. Gen. Namik Argue, Turkish Field Commander in Korea. Col. Pamir is the highest ranking Turkish officer killed in the Korean conflict.
