Caption Description Field Marshal Earl Alexander (first, in the group), British Minister of Defence, and the Rt. Hon. Selwyn Lloyd (just left of flagpole), Minister of State, today paid homage to the United Nations war dead at the UN Military Cemetery near Pusan. They were accompanied by Gen. James Van Fleet, Commander of the 8th U.S. Army. After having placed a wreath at the foot of the UN flag, Lord Alexander walked around the cemetery, pausing briefly before the burial plot of each nationality.
