Caption Description Recruited by the World Health Organization (WHO), at the request of the United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA), a team of United Nations medical experts is currently in Korea, to plan ways of assisting the Government to improve health standards and medical education. This picture was taken at the ""Sung Kei Whon Leper Colony"", near Inchon, during a visit by members of the WHO-UNKRA team. Here, Dr. William P. Forrest (right), Director of the Division of Coordination of Planning and Liaison of WHO, converses with one of the doctors who work at the colony. At left is Mr. Whong, an inmate of the colony who is one of Koreas famous poets.
