Caption Description As part of his participation in the 2015 Government Summit in Dubai, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visited with representatives from the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE) and the Dubai Carbon Center of Excellence (DCCE) and heard reports on its key achievements in terms of amount of carbon emissions saved, capacity development and youth engagement, as well as on Dubai's water and electricity strategy and green building codes.
