British Commando units attached to the United Nations forces in Korea have made several daring raids deep into enemy territory. During one such raid, Commandos of the 41st Royal British Marines swarm ashore from amtracks 8 miles south of Songjin, North Korea, where they destroyed a stretch of railroad track breaking an important enemy supply line.

Headline North Darfur Village Abandoned after Deadly Attack 
Caption Description One of the donkeys killed in an attack last week on the village of Sigili, North Darfur, is pictured near the village as it sits abandoned. More than one thousand residents have fled for the North Darfur capital, El Fasher, and nearby Zam Zam camp for internally displaced.
The villagers have reported ten people killed, one child injured, and one young man abducted during the attack. Livestock, including donkeys, camels and cows, were also killed, fifteen houses were burnt down and all properties were looted.
