This picture, taken during his visit, shows (left to right): Dr. Victor Hoo, Assistant-Secretary-General of the U.N. in charge of the Department of Trusteeship and Information from Non-Self-Governing Territories; the Hon. Tupea Tamesese; Mrs. T. Cowan, whose title is "Makea Nui Teremoana Ariki.", is a member of the Rarotonga Island Council, and one of the leading "Arikis" of the territory; and Mrs. Tamesese.  Behind Mrs. Tamesese , partly hidden, is Mr. T. Cowan.
