As International Women's Year draws to a close, and discussions begin on a proposed International Year of the Child, United Nations Radio has chosen Rights of Mother and Child as the theme of its special feature for the observance of Human Rights Day, 10 December 1975.
Regine Duboulay (age 11), from Haiti, narrating the French version of the feature ""For Mother and Child"". Various language versions of the feature will be broadcast by over 120 radio stations throughout the world.
