UNEF Troops Keep in Good Health
Caption Description
Although most of UNEF's soldiers have suffered from mild attacks of dysentery and similar diseases, familiar to troops concentrated in the area during World War II, their rate of sickness has been much lower than expected.
A Canadian patient at the Rafah base hospital is examined by one of the doctors, Capt. J. Haley, of the Royal Canadian Medical Corps. The Canadian hospital is still under canvas, but will shortly move into a renovated building which Canadian engineers and local workmen are repairing.
