Headline World Refugee Year Stamp Exhibit Opened 
Caption Description Mr. Andrew W. Cordier, Executive Assistant to UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld, this afternoon opened a World Refugee Year stamp exhibition at United Nations Headquarters. On display are 125 different stamps of the World Refugee Year series which were issued simultaneously by 74 countries on 7 April 1960.
Viewing the display at the conclusion of the inaugural ceremony are (left to right): Miss Aline Cohn, Representative in the United States of the UN High Commissioner's Office for Refugees; Dr. Rodolphe L. Coigney, Chairman of the Exhibit Committee and Director of the World Health Organization's New York Office; Mr. Andrew W. Cordier, Executive Assistant to UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold, and who opened the exhibit; Mr. Claude de Kemoularia, Personal Assistant to the UN Secretary-General; and Mr. T.L. Tchang, President of the UN Philatelic Society.
