UNKRA's 1,000th Small Business Loan
Caption Description
Production of Korean-made pianos will be increased as a revolt of the 1,000th small business loan made from funds of the United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA). The Chung Woom Piano Company, of Seoul, received a $10,500 loan to import piano part from West Germany which will be combined with other parts made by its own employees. The owner, Kim Sei Choon (centre), and two of his workers, Kim Sang Sun (left) and Pak Un Pom, put some finishing touches on a piano for which some parts were imported under a previous UNKRA loan.
