Caption Description The Commission of Investigation Concerning Greek Frontier Incidents was created by United Nations Security Council Resolution 15 (1946) to ascertain the facts relating to alleged border violations of the Greek frontier, and to hear cases of the four governments concerned: Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Yugoslavia, as well as political prisoners, private individuals and representatives of political parties.

The second investigation team visits Katerini, Western Macedonia, at request of Yugoslav Representative, claiming: “The extermination policy of the Greek Government against Macedonians & mass crimes committed in this connection”.

The residence of Dr. Dambasis, which he claims was burned by the Greek gendarmerie.
