Caption Description A special meeting of government experts is now being held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva to review European energy problems which might usefully be studied within the framework of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE). The object of this meeting is not to solve energy problems, but to decide what they are, classify them, and transmit them to the ECE for future action.
